We Are Your Approved NHS Estates Services Partner

We Design, Build, Finance and Operate premises for the NHS. We have completed over £400m of projects as part of this partnership.

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care owns 40% of our company.

We are a team of over 150 professionals with a wide range of skills.

We have been procured as your partner to provide a wide range of estate services covering planning and evaluation, procurement and provision as part of a long-term partnership agreement.

We carry out estate reviews. We look at everything from condition audits to utilisation, to care pathway planning.

For new provision or re-modelling existing assets for service improvement or alternative use, we provide a complete turnkey service from initial survey, healthcare economics and future demand planning to business case development and negotiation, to end user engagement and clinically compliant design through to construction and operational facilities management services.

We can enter into a wide range of different arrangements with you. We can use your capital or we can raise our own funding and investment. We have a huge amount of flexibility to structure the best arrangement for you.

We are resourced now to support your estate needs, you just have to instruct us to carry out the work you require. All of the procurement and value for money tests have all been completed on your behalf.

In some cases we are your exclusive partner, you may not know it, but you probably should have been instructing us already.

We have an excellent and specific knowledge of our partnership areas, we have been here for over 15 years or more.

Please contact us to discuss any of your estate issues.

We’ll be happy to arrange a meeting to discuss our services, resources and expertise to support your requirements.
