We have been a long-term local partner in Sheffield since 2005.

Over this time we have and continue to provide expert estate and facilities management, strategic planning and development support services to seven state-of-the-art health and community facilities across Sheffield as well as capital projects and property adaptations to reflect the changing demands of our partners.

Our partnership is governed by a Strategic Partnering Agreement signed up to by local public sector partners to deliver community-based estate transformation projects across Sheffield.

Our Strategic Partnering Agreement with the local NHS means that we have Exclusivity to develop all local primary healthcare developments above a certain Capital budget.
